EXPORT ORIENTED UNIT (EOU)

Multivista has also set up a separate Export Oriented Unit - EOU. EOU is aimed to facilitate delivery of books to Indian Book Sellers on behalf of Foreign Publishers as there is considerable demand within India for foreign books.

Instead of directly importing from the Foreign Publishers, books received from EOUs who print for Foreign Publishers, have a substantial saving of freight element for the importers of books.

The entire operation is carried out under supervision of Customs Bond Officers and monitored by officials of Madras Export Processing Zone.
