Our well-oiled logistics coordination systems have ensured that our outbound shipments have always exceeded stake holders expectation in terms of timely delivery, packing quality and statutory procedures. This experience has given us the required expertise to be able to handle a much wider Supply chain.

Today we have also partnered with multinationals to coordinate their entire inbound supplies. We also help managing their vendors in terms of selections, approval processes and ensuring the quality of supplies as per the stipulated norms. We also manage the inventory across the pipeline and re-evaluate their inventory policies and have moved to the concept of 'Just in Time' inventory for most of the items and have de-risked our partners from holding high inventories and facing possible product obsolescence. Nevertheless we have also advised them maintain buffer stock for certain critical and long lead-time items. The inventories are housed in our inbound logistics center. This also allows our partners to use the maximum space available for production, instead of having non- value added areas likes warehouses and administration space in their premises. The components required for daily production alone, are then transferred to production facility in the form of Bill of Material Kits.  

On the outbound side, the finished components are then checked for quality by us, packed as per requirements, and shipped to final end stake holder location. 

We have been able to completely de-link all the Supply chain activities other than the actual manufacturing operations. Our Partners can now concentrate on their core activities, with the trust that Multivista Global will take care of the rest.
